J’ai séjourné le temps d’un weekend dans cet appartement idéalement situé. La plage est à deux pas, tout est accessible à pied. Romain a été GÉ-NI-AL ! Ça fait plaisir de tomber sur des hôtes de ce genre. Super réactif, humain, il m’a donné tous les meilleurs plans du secteur, a été très arrangeant et disponible tout au long du séjour. L’appartement est simple et rudimentaire mais totalement suffisant.

Points négatifs : matelas vétustes, petit électroménager également, rénovations à prévoir dans l'appartement, très grosses difficultés de stationnement (en août, même loin). Le logement était propre, à distance de marche d'un petit village proche d'une grande plage. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, nur die Adresse ist auf Google Maps falsch eingetragen (am besten nach dem Supermarkt suchen). Von den Nachbarn kriegt man sehr wenig mit, also ausreichend Privatsphäre. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Einzig sei gesagt, dass wir die Garage leider nicht nutzen konnten, da der Vermieter diese selber nutzt. Das geht leider nicht aus der Anzeige hervor. Gerne hätten wir dort unsere Mountainbikes und das Auto abgestellt. Parkplätze für Autos sind jedoch naheliegend vorhanden.

Muy buen alojamiento en términos generales. Como leves comentarios diría que el patio no estaba muy cuidado, que la habitación con baño en suite no tiene puerta al baño. Por tanto es incómodo. Está algo más lejos del mar de lo que parecía en el anuncio. Prácticamente al final del pueblo. No tiene parking. Hay q aparcar en la calle. Aunque siempre hay sitio. Como positivo, el supermercado está enfrente. La zona no la sentimos del todo segura comparado con otras zonas. El alojamiento es relativamente moderno y espacioso. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue muy buena.

Ruhige Lage trotz der umliegenden Baustellen. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Strand 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Terrasse und Kunstrasen hätten sauberer sein können. Sonnenschirm hatte zum Saisonende leichte Beschädigung. Im Ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Karine the host was amazing. However the place when we initially came was left bad and had ants traveling through home. However Karine fixed this problem as soon as we could and the rest of the stay was pretty good. I would still recommend to everyone however. The location is great and once the problems were dealt with everything was good. Overall definitely a good place to stay while in the area!

It is right next to a big supermarket that also has a bakery and sells food to heat in the mocrowave, which was great for us with very small children. Everything was perfectly presented and maintained, just as it looks in the photos. Four of us stayed at the Armação de Pêra property for five nights. It was very clean. We liked how quiet it was, and that a grocery store is across the street. We easily walked to the beach and to numerous restaurants, and it was a great location for day trips by car. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well. We really liked the layout and the finishes. Some things that were lacking compared to other properties we’ve rented: no paper towels, no dish towels or potholders, only two wastebaskets in the whole place (for three bedrooms and three bathrooms!!), no shampoo or shower gel, no extra toilet paper, and no garbage bags except the one in the kitchen. Also no information about how to work the tv. I do recommend based on the positive comments above…just make sure you bring your own paper products.

Nice accommodation in a peaceful neighbourhood. Right opposite a supermarket (very useful). Beach is a walking distance away with a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Quick access to motorway if you are driving. Karine was a nice and friendly host. Responded to our questions promptly. This is one of the best properties that we stayed in Portugal. It is fitted with modern furniture and appliances, including a large screen cable TV. The host Karine was very responsive and when we encountered a small problem she was there in less than 20 minutes and solved it for us. The cleaning team did an amazing job cleaning the mess left by the previous occupiers (which we unfortunately saw because we dropped off our luggage before our check-in time). When we eventually came back, it felt like a brand new house. It’s also conveniently located opposite a supermarket (Pingo Doce), near a pharmacy and within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants.

We really loved the property and its location. There were six adults in our party and the house was plenty big enough. We all loved the beds, so comfortable and when the blinds are closed it was so dark, we slept in every day! We used the kitchen a lot and it is well stocked with everything you could need. We appreciated the supplies that were already in the house. The coffee machine got a lot of use! Parking was available right outside the property. There is a supermarket literally a minute away and the restaurants and beach are about 10 minutes walk away. There are three bathrooms which were ideal and the showers were fabulous. Romain was fantastic and was very patient and understanding when my husband accidentally threw the key in the recycling bin on the street! Keep the key in the lock box! We had a really wonderful time and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Romain!

Wow!! Quel beau logement propre et confortable! Nous avons très bien dormi avec les store opaques et les grands lits confortables. Le logement était propre, à distance de marche d'un petit village proche d'une grande plage. Nous étions aussi proches des autres villes que nous voulions visiter (Albufeira, Lagos, Faro.... +/- 15 à 40 minutes de voiture) Le stationnement était facile près du logement. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, nur die Adresse ist auf Google Maps falsch eingetragen (am besten nach dem Supermarkt suchen). Von den Nachbarn kriegt man sehr wenig mit, also ausreichend Privatsphäre. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Einzig sei gesagt, dass wir die Garage leider nicht nutzen konnten, da der Vermieter diese selber nutzt. Das geht leider nicht aus der Anzeige hervor. Gerne hätten wir dort unsere Mountainbikes und das Auto abgestellt. Parkplätze für Autos sind jedoch naheliegend vorhanden.

Muy buen alojamiento en términos generales. Como leves comentarios diría que el patio no estaba muy cuidado, que la habitación con baño en suite no tiene puerta al baño. Por tanto es incómodo. Está algo más lejos del mar de lo que parecía en el anuncio. Prácticamente al final del pueblo. No tiene parking. Hay q aparcar en la calle. Aunque siempre hay sitio. Como positivo, el supermercado está enfrente. La zona no la sentimos del todo segura comparado con otras zonas. El alojamiento es relativamente moderno y espacioso. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue muy buena.

Würde ich aber nicht unbedingt empfehlen weil der nicht so schön ist und sehr überfüllt ist. Innerhalb von 7 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man an einem sehr schönen Naturstrand. Das ganze Haus war mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Es gab sogar Sonnenschirme und Strand Handdtücher. Alles in allem war es top!

Karine the host was amazing. However the place when we initially came was left bad and had ants traveling through home. However Karine fixed this problem as soon as we could and the rest of the stay was pretty good. I would still recommend to everyone however. The location is great and once the problems were dealt with everything was good. Overall definitely a good place to stay while in the area!

The house is very nice, we felt like home. It had enough space for us and our three kids. The kids loved it too. It is right next to a big supermarket that also has a bakery and sells food to heat in the mocrowave, which was great for us with very small children. The beaches are close, 10-15 minute walk, all stroller friendly. I would definitely recommend the house and would love to come back :)

Everything was perfectly presented and maintained, just as it looks in the photos. Four of us stayed at the Armação de Pêra property for five nights. It was very clean. We liked how quiet it was, and that a grocery store is across the street. We easily walked to the beach and to numerous restaurants, and it was a great location for day trips by car. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well. We really liked the layout and the finishes. Some things that were lacking compared to other properties we’ve rented: no paper towels, no dish towels or potholders, only two wastebaskets in the whole place (for three bedrooms and three bathrooms!!), no shampoo or shower gel, no extra toilet paper, and no garbage bags except the one in the kitchen. Also no information about how to work the tv. I do recommend based on the positive comments above…just make sure you bring your own paper products.

Nice accommodation in a peaceful neighbourhood. Right opposite a supermarket (very useful). Beach is a walking distance away with a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Quick access to motorway if you are driving. Karine was a nice and friendly host. Responded to our questions promptly. I will recommend this accommodation if you are visiting the algarve area and you want to stay at a peaceful location away from the tourist(y) Albufeira area, but close enough to visit Albufeira and all the other cool Algarve destinations within a few minutes.

This is one of the best properties that we stayed in Portugal. It is fitted with modern furniture and appliances, including a large screen cable TV. The host Karine was very responsive and when we encountered a small problem she was there in less than 20 minutes and solved it for us. The cleaning team did an amazing job cleaning the mess left by the previous occupiers (which we unfortunately saw because we dropped off our luggage before our check-in time). When we eventually came back, it felt like a brand new house. It’s also conveniently located opposite a supermarket (Pingo Doce), near a pharmacy and within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants.

We all loved the beds, so comfortable and when the blinds are closed it was so dark, we slept in every day! We used the kitchen a lot and it is well stocked with everything you could need. We appreciated the supplies that were already in the house. The coffee machine got a lot of use! Parking was available right outside the property.
