Sun House only collects the data needed to respond to house and apartment rental requests and requests related to maintenance, remodelling and renovation works. This data must not be used for advertising without separate consent.

Data processed

Name, email, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and message content. Sun House internal financial data is stored encrypted and is not publicly exposed.

Security

The application uses HTTPS, CSRF protection, secure sessions, access control, rate limiting and application and infrastructure security measures. No system can guarantee zero risk.

Retention

Data should only be kept for as long as necessary to manage the request and comply with applicable legal obligations. The final retention policy should be validated by the responsible entity before launch.

Cookies and statistics

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and use of public pages to improve the website. Statistics cookies are only enabled after you accept. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. You can decline or withdraw consent using the preferences below. We do not send form content or measure the administration panel.
