J’ai séjourné le temps d’un weekend dans cet appartement idéalement situé. La plage est à deux pas, tout est accessible à pied. Romain a été GÉ-NI-AL ! Ça fait plaisir de tomber sur des hôtes de ce genre. Super réactif, humain, il m’a donné tous les meilleurs plans du secteur, a été très arrangeant et disponible tout au long du séjour. L’appartement est simple et rudimentaire mais totalement suffisant.

Wow!! Quel beau logement propre et confortable! Nous avons très bien dormi avec les store opaques et les grands lits confortables. Le logement était propre, à distance de marche d'un petit village proche d'une grande plage. Nous étions aussi proches des autres villes que nous voulions visiter (Albufeira, Lagos, Faro.... +/- 15 à 40 minutes de voiture) Le stationnement était facile près du logement. Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank Karine, für die hervorragende Gastfreundschaft! Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und hatte alles nötige an Ausstattung. Parkplätze waren einfach und schnell zugänglich, und die Lage war super, denn direkt gegenüber befand sich ein Supermarkt und nicht weit entfernt befanden sich erstklassige Restaurants. Muy buen alojamiento en términos generales. Como leves comentarios diría que el patio no estaba muy cuidado, que la habitación con baño en suite no tiene puerta al baño. Por tanto es incómodo. Está algo más lejos del mar de lo que parecía en el anuncio. Prácticamente al final del pueblo. No tiene parking. Hay q aparcar en la calle. Aunque siempre hay sitio. Como positivo, el supermercado está enfrente. La zona no la sentimos del todo segura comparado con otras zonas. El alojamiento es relativamente moderno y espacioso. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue muy buena.

Das Haus verfügt über drei Badezimmer mit Duschen. Außerdem sind auch nützliche Dinge, wie Sonnenschirm und Strandtücher vor Ort. Der Supermarkt war genau gegenüber der Unterkunft. However Karine fixed this problem as soon as we could and the rest of the stay was pretty good. I would still recommend to everyone however. It is right next to a big supermarket that also has a bakery and sells food to heat in the mocrowave, which was great for us with very small children. The beaches are close, 10-15 minute walk, all stroller friendly. I would definitely recommend the house and would love to come back :)

Four of us stayed at the Armação de Pêra property for five nights. It was very clean. We liked how quiet it was, and that a grocery store is across the street. We easily walked to the beach and to numerous restaurants, and it was a great location for day trips by car. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well. We really liked the layout and the finishes. Some things that were lacking compared to other properties we’ve rented: no paper towels, no dish towels or potholders, only two wastebaskets in the whole place (for three bedrooms and three bathrooms!!), no shampoo or shower gel, no extra toilet paper, and no garbage bags except the one in the kitchen. Also no information about how to work the tv. I do recommend based on the positive comments above…just make sure you bring your own paper products.

This is one of the best properties that we stayed in Portugal. It is fitted with modern furniture and appliances, including a large screen cable TV. The host Karine was very responsive and when we encountered a small problem she was there in less than 20 minutes and solved it for us. The cleaning team did an amazing job cleaning the mess left by the previous occupiers (which we unfortunately saw because we dropped off our luggage before our check-in time). When we eventually came back, it felt like a brand new house. It’s also conveniently located opposite a supermarket (Pingo Doce), near a pharmacy and within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants.

Points négatifs : matelas vétustes, petit électroménager également, rénovations à prévoir dans l'appartement, très grosses difficultés de stationnement (en août, même loin). L'hôte nous a informés d'une possible rénovation du logement. Cet avis est donc valable à date.

Wow!! Quel beau logement propre et confortable! Nous avons très bien dormi avec les store opaques et les grands lits confortables. Le logement était propre, à distance de marche d'un petit village proche d'une grande plage. Nous étions aussi proches des autres villes que nous voulions visiter (Albufeira, Lagos, Faro.... +/- 15 à 40 minutes de voiture) Le stationnement était facile près du logement. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Merci!!

Parkplätze waren einfach und schnell zugänglich, und die Lage war super, denn direkt gegenüber befand sich ein Supermarkt und nicht weit entfernt befanden sich erstklassige Restaurants. Muy buen alojamiento en términos generales. Como leves comentarios diría que el patio no estaba muy cuidado, que la habitación con baño en suite no tiene puerta al baño. Por tanto es incómodo. Está algo más lejos del mar de lo que parecía en el anuncio. Prácticamente al final del pueblo. No tiene parking. Hay q aparcar en la calle. Aunque siempre hay sitio. Como positivo, el supermercado está enfrente. La zona no la sentimos del todo segura comparado con otras zonas. El alojamiento es relativamente moderno y espacioso. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue muy buena.

Das Haus verfügt über drei Badezimmer mit Duschen. Außerdem sind auch nützliche Dinge, wie Sonnenschirm und Strandtücher vor Ort. Der Supermarkt war genau gegenüber der Unterkunft. Der Weg zum Strand hat ca zehn Minuten zu Fuß gedauert. Romain hat auf unsere Nachricht schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Die Lage an der Algarve ist super, da man in beide Richtungen genügend unternehmen kann. Alles in allem würden wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Karine the host was amazing. However the place when we initially came was left bad and had ants traveling through home. However Karine fixed this problem as soon as we could and the rest of the stay was pretty good. I would still recommend to everyone however. The location is great and once the problems were dealt with everything was good. Overall definitely a good place to stay while in the area!

The house is very nice, we felt like home. It had enough space for us and our three kids. The kids loved it too. It is right next to a big supermarket that also has a bakery and sells food to heat in the mocrowave, which was great for us with very small children. The beaches are close, 10-15 minute walk, all stroller friendly. I would definitely recommend the house and would love to come back :)

Everything was perfectly presented and maintained, just as it looks in the photos. It was so very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything that we needed, fresh linen and extra bath towels. The shower in the master bedroom was amazing. The combination of these, along with the peace and quiet encouraged many afternoon meals and a nice relaxing drink. Four of us stayed at the Armação de Pêra property for five nights. It was very clean. We liked how quiet it was, and that a grocery store is across the street. We easily walked to the beach and to numerous restaurants, and it was a great location for day trips by car. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well. We really liked the layout and the finishes. Some things that were lacking compared to other properties we’ve rented: no paper towels, no dish towels or potholders, only two wastebaskets in the whole place (for three bedrooms and three bathrooms!!), no shampoo or shower gel, no extra toilet paper, and no garbage bags except the one in the kitchen. Quick access to motorway if you are driving. Karine was a nice and friendly host. Responded to our questions promptly. The host Karine was very responsive and when we encountered a small problem she was there in less than 20 minutes and solved it for us. The cleaning team did an amazing job cleaning the mess left by the previous occupiers (which we unfortunately saw because we dropped off our luggage before our check-in time). When we eventually came back, it felt like a brand new house. It’s also conveniently located opposite a supermarket (Pingo Doce), near a pharmacy and within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants.

There is a supermarket literally a minute away and the restaurants and beach are about 10 minutes walk away. There are three bathrooms which were ideal and the showers were fabulous. Romain was fantastic and was very patient and understanding when my husband accidentally threw the key in the recycling bin on the street! Keep the key in the lock box!
